Ben Di Salvo's lifelong dream of creating pasta sauces from family recipes began in December 2002. Growing up in what was called "Spaghetti Corners" in Madison, Wisconsin, Ben's father worked and owned "Di Salvo's Spaghetti House." Ben learned from watching his father at the restaurant and also from his mother as she cooked at home.
In June 2003 Ben began selling his first 3 products. The Original Recipe Pasta Sauce, the Sicilian Style Pasta Sauce and the Mild Italian Salsa were the first products on the shelves. Over the course of a decade we have grown to a total of 22 products and sell to approximately 85 stores and restaurants. We continue researching to create additional quality products and to find specialty stores which serve us best.
From classic marinara to creamy alfredo, spicy salsa to tangy barbecue sauce, Di Salvo's line of high quality sauces has a flavor for all. To this day we have accomplished a base of customers that continue to buy and consume our products because they understand that we are about quality, flavor, and freshness. Mangiare!
