Smoked Rainbow Trout
Freshly smokd boneless rainbw trout. We start with the freshest trout, which are then put into a brine of brown sugar, maple sugar and salt. We then smoke our trout using native hickory and applewood chips. The end result is a beautiful Golden brown, moist and superior product.
