Ingredients: white rice flour, millet and sorghum flour, potato starch, arrowroot starch, water, ground flaxseed, eggs, granulated sugar, butter, xanthan gum, yeast, salt
Storage: Our breads last on a counter for about 5 days. However, our breads freeze excellently for 6-8 weeks. Buy a variety & put half of each loaf into your freezer & bring out later to eat. In hot, humid weather we recommend that you freeze your breads 2-3 days after purchase.
