Gluten Free Lasanga Sheets
RP’s founder Peter Robertson developed this award-winning fresh gluten-free pasta recipe which utilizes brown rice flour as the primary ingredient. Our certified fresh gluten-free pasta has the same al’dente texture as our traditional pasta. Nobody can believe it’s gluten-free! Cooking Instructions: Use RP’s lasagna sheets for a fool proof easy assembly for lasagna. No need to pre-boil. Just layer them fresh with the lasagna ingredients and bake as normal. Note to add 1/4 C of extra sauce per layer of fresh sheets.
Ingredients: Brown rice flour, water, potato starch, tapioca starch, whole egg, xantham gum, salt, glucono-delta-lactone. All RP’s ingredients are sourced locally where possible.
Storage: Keep refrigerated or frozen
