Hopi Blue Corn and Rye Pancake Mix
Directions: For 6-8 pancakes, use 1 cup pancake mix, 1 cup milk, 1 egg. Mix well, let it stand for 15 minutes. Pre-heat lightly oiled griddle. Pour batter, cook until bubbles on pancakes no longer burst, flip, cook until golden brown, serve with love.
