Pancake & Waffle Mix
Directions: For 6-8 pancakes, preheat lightly oiled griddle. Mix 1 cup of pancake mix, 1 cup of milk and 1 egg. Pour batter, cook until bubbles on pancake no longer burst, Flip, cook until golden brown.
Ingredients: Whole grain rye flour, whole wheat pastry flour, salt, baking powder.
Storage: For short term, keep in a cool, dry place. To maintain flavor quality over shelf life, store refrigerated or frozen.
