9inch shell. Our Whole Grain Gluten Free Pie Crust is free of Gluten, Dairy, Eggs, Sugar, Corn, and Palm Shortening. It is made with whole grain brown rice, sorghum, and millet flours. We use our own specially blended vegan butter to make the Gluten Free Crust rich and tasty.

Our Gluten Free Pie Crust is easy to work with. It holds together well when re-rolling or re-shaping.
